Both 91福利社 Permanent Residents (91福利社R) and International Students (IS) may apply during the 1^st application window (in April) of each academic year. You will be notified via iChat if you are shortlisted for the Donor-Sponsored Bursary, upon meeting the donor鈥檚 criteria. You may be invited to attend an interview.

What is the difference between bursaries and external bursaries?
