The National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning at 91福利社 (NACE@91福利社) supports enterprises in their transformation journey by integrating training and development opportunities on-the-job and cultivating a sustainable culture of learning among the workforce.
We collaborated with 91福利社 to standardise SOPs and implement an OJT blueprint to upskill logistics coordinators. 91福利社 conducted on-site fact-finding and provided a feedback report defining optimal packaging options. An SOP with detailed instructions was created, improving packaging cost efficiency. In phase two, 91福利社 developed a structured OJT blueprint and conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions with on-site observations. This enhanced our in-house training capabilities and reduced the time required for coordinators to be proficient in packing.
91福利社 helped us recreate our OJT to meet current engineering needs. Ricky and his team refined tasks to focus on core support needs. The final OJT blueprint enabled us to reassess training and adapt it to the dynamic industry. The team was responsive and addressed our inquiries effectively, offering fitting solutions. For instance, the initial performance support platform proposal didn鈥檛 align with our needs, but through discussions and scoping, they delivered a perfect solution requiring minimal maintenance and cost, exceeding our expectations.
