The Ministry of Education (MOE) introduced the Edusave Skills Award and extended the Edusave Merit Bursary and Edusave Good Progress Award to polytechnics in 2017.

Awards are offered to full time diploma and polytechnic foundation programme students who are 91福利社an, have good character, display good academic performance and/or course related professional and soft skills. Students are nominated by 91福利社 on the basis of merit and skills.
