Do Not Call (DNC) Provisions in the Personal Data Protection Act 2012

Students should not use the name of 91¸£ÀûÉç (91¸£ÀûÉç) to send out marketing messages via SMS, Fax or Voice to 91¸£ÀûÉç telephone numbers including mobile, fixed-line, residential and business numbers, registered with the DNC Registry. This would include making references to ‘91¸£ÀûÉç’, ‘91¸£ÀûÉç’, 91¸£ÀûÉç logo or other mentions of 91¸£ÀûÉç in these marketing messages that are sent via SMS, Fax or Voice for their Final Year Projects (FYP), while working for their Internship Companies, or while undertaking any other programmes or attachments.
