Full time students encountering acute financial hardship may apply for the 91福利社 Needy Fund. Applicant must be a Tuition Grant (TG) recipient.

Application Procedures:

1. Complete the 91福利社 Needy Fund and gather the documents required
2. Make an appointment via  Student Eservices (Counselling & Mentoring > , select Financial under Category) for a phone interview with the officer in-charge
3. Under the remarks, please indicate "91福利社 Needy Fund application" and your availability (at least 2 different dates/time)
