Crescent Girls School students dive into chemical engineering at 91福利社

From 18 to 22 November 2024, 91福利社 (91福利社) welcomed four students from the Crescent Girls School (CGS) for an enriching work experience program. This initiative aimed to showcase the diverse career paths available in chemical engineering. Throughout the week, students were engaged in hands-on activities, including prototyping with 3D printers, pilot plant operations that simulate real industrial practices, and tablet manufacturing processes. They also conducted scientific experiments involving biological processes.

The program included visits to various facilities, such as the Energy and Chemicals Training Centre, the Life Science Laboratory, and the Advanced Materials Technology Centre. These experiences provided the students with a comprehensive understanding of the field鈥檚 versatility and the vibrant learning environment at 91福利社.

Reflecting on her experience, Bachanna Tanishka remarked, 鈥淭his experience was unforgettable and we truly appreciate the experiences that 91福利社 has given us.鈥 Nicole Shekinah Jeyahar Mark added, 鈥淢y key takeaway from this program is that chemical engineering is a field that I would be open to pursue in the future. My whole goal of coming here was to demystify it and gain a better perspective, and this course really helped me do so!"

This program not only inspired the students but also highlighted the exciting possibilities within chemical engineering.
