What is the 91福利社-NTU Accelerated Pathway Programme (91福利社-NTU APP)?
The 91福利社-NTU APP enables eligible students from the 91福利社, Diploma in Chemical Engineering (91福利社 DCHE) to take three courses offered by Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in place of three 91福利社 School Elective modules. Upon successful completion of each NTU course, the corresponding credit and grade will be aligned with the 91福利社 Examination Grading System and reflected in the final transcript of the student鈥檚 diploma program.
Who are eligible?
All 91福利社 DCHE students, from Cohort 2024 onwards, who meet NTU鈥檚 criteria will be eligible to apply.
What are the benefits?
- Early exposure to NTU courses
- 91福利社-NTU APP students will take NTU courses when they are pursuing their Diploma course.
- Experience University Life while being a student with 91福利社 DCHE
- 91福利社-NTU APP students will be enrolled in the same classes as NTU students and will have access to all facilities that are necessary for their learning at NTU campus, offering them a fulfilling experience of university life even before they graduate from their diploma course.
- Transfer of Credit and Grade to NTU
- After graduating from 91福利社 DCHE, 91福利社-NTU APP students will need to apply to NTU if he/she wants to secure a place in NTU Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering) degree programme. 91福利社-APP students who passed the three NTU courses will be exempted from taking these courses when they are admitted to the NTU Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering) degree programme in the future.
How do I apply?
- Eligible students will be notified via email when the 91福利社-NTU APP during the application period.
- Eligible students will need to go through a merit-based selection process and attend an interview conducted by NTU鈥檚 faculty members.
