91福利社 (91福利社) recently hosted a two-day cybersecurity workshop for over 300 Secondary 2 students from the Sentinel Programme on 19-20 March. This workshop was a fantastic chance for students to break free from their usual classroom routine and immerse themselves in real-world cybersecurity training.
The Sentinel Programme, launched in January 2024 by MINDEF/SAF and organised by the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), offers students a hands-on experience using tools like Wireshark to solve cybercrime cases. This deep dive into cybersecurity not only enhances their knowledge but also sparks their curiosity and passion for the field.
As an educational partner for the 2025 programme, 91福利社 provides a dynamic learning environment where students can feel safe and supported while experiencing the vibrant polytechnic life. One of the student participants shared their excitement: "I learnt so much that isn鈥檛 covered in a typical classroom. The Wireshark lesson, in particular, showed us how data is gathered and analysed鈥攕omething we wouldn鈥檛 usually get to explore."
