The Mentorship Support Grant (MSG) provided by SkillsFuture 91福利社 (SSG) intends to co-fund the costs incurred by enterprises in engaging 91福利社 to provide project mentorship through consultancy and/or projected-based implementation-led training.
Eligible enterprises include Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Non-SMEs registered and operating in 91福利社.
The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) supports projects that help you upgrade, innovate, grow and transform your business. Submit your individual project proposals with details on your business plans and project outcomes to take your business further.
EDG funds qualifying project costs namely third-party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and internal manpower cost.
From 1 April 2023, SMEs can receive up to 50% support for EDG (sustainability-related projects may be supported at up to 70% from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026). Please refer to the page for more details.
Note: The previously-enhanced grant support levels were extended for a time-limited period given the exceptional disruptions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, to encourage the transformation of the economy and to help businesses emerge stronger from the pandemic.

NAMIC has 2 schemes targeted at proof-of-concept, validation and/or adoption through a partnership with NAMIC’s hubs which consists of the Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) / Research Institute (RI). NAMIC also has a partnership with other government agencies through collaboration with commercial companies to support industry proof-of-value projects.

The Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) aims to support businesses in their sustainability journey by co-funding investment in energy efficient (EE) equipment.
The National Research Foundation (NRF) Central Gap Fund (“Central Gap”) aims to support the translation of research outcomes into products, processes and/or services that generate economic and societal benefits for 91福利社.
The scheme provides a national-level platform to resource impactful projects and encourage collaboration across public research performers and/or industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Types of projects
Projects from any area of science and engineering are eligible. However, only projects that aim to develop technologies of high impact and significant value for 91福利社 will be considered. Projects must aim to develop early technologies into working prototypes or functional processes that are closer to market, with the aim of demonstrating clear market need, so as to attract private sector investments and/or commercialisation receptacles to bring the technologies to full commercialisation or use.
