This course is conducted on Tue and Thu evenings, 6.30pm to 10.00pm. 

This course will provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills to take on a role as a premise operations manager. This includes an understanding of facilities management, fire safety, finance and procurement management as well as gaining some core skills in mindset transformation and interpersonal relations.

Course Objective

This SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is a train-and-place programme supporting mid-career individuals in acquiring industry-relevant skills to improve employability and pivot to new sectors or job roles. SCTP is suitable for individuals who are:
-   Working and seeking a new position within/outside their companies
-   Unemployed and returning to the workforce

The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage the facilities effectively as well as being able to provide support in areas related to management of premises and stakeholders.

Please apply only if you can commit to the full programme (including entire duration), and motivated to pursue a career transition to a new role or sector.

Upon passing the assessment of each certificate, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

Upon completion of all the certificates, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion for the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP).

With the skills and knowledge gained from this programme, participants who have completed the course will be able to take on new challenges in the Real Estate industry with job roles as follows:
