Course Objective
The course provides an experiential opportunity for participants to experience first-hand a positive psychology intervention that develops strengths, resilience and facilitates individual and organisational goal alignment. Participants will also cultivate core coaching skills so that they can reap benefits in many dimensions of life, especially at the workplace and home.
