Course Objective
Important Note
This is a Mandatory Theory Test (MTT) as prescribed under the Active Mobility Act 2017 and Road Traffic Act 1961 in relation to the proper use of an electric scooter (鈥渆-scooter鈥�) and/or power-assisted bicycle (鈥淧AB鈥�).
Applicants must be at least 16 years old to register. Results and the Mandatory Theory Test (MTT) certificate will be invalid, if you are found under the legal age.
When registering, please ensure that you select the correct test you wish to take (either E-Scooter or Power-Assisted Bicycle) and your preferred language. Once registration is confirmed, no withdrawal, cancellation, change of date, time slot or test type is allowed. Fees paid are not refundable.
Applicants, who already passed the exam, are NOT required to retake it.
