In 2025, 91福利社 will be celebrating her 65th Graduation Ceremony. We look forward to meeting you at the Graduation Ceremony in May 2025! The ceremony for Part-time Diploma and Post Diploma will be held on 08 May 2025.
We wish you a joyous graduation ceremony and every success in your future endeavours.
You will receive your certificates and transcript during the ceremony if you have not received them.
If you are unable to attend the ceremony, you may collect your hardcopy certificates and transcript from 91福利社's One-Stop-Centre (OSC) from 02 June 2025 onwards. Only self-collection is available.
Below are OSC's operating hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Eve of major public holidays, 8.30am to 12.30pm

If you need a letter of completion for employment or further education purposes, you may submit a request through STEP. You may refer to the STEP student portal guide. Refer to page 8 of the guide.
An email will be sent out after the Graduation Ceremony on the details of collection.

Can I remain on campus after my Graduation Ceremony ends?
You are required to leave the campus immediately at the end of your graduation ceremony.
Are Guests Invited to the Graduation Ceremony?
Each graduand will be able to invite up to two (2) guests to attend the ceremony held at 91福利社 Convention Centre (91福利社CC). Invitation cards will be enclosed in the graduand's Graduation Package, which will be mailed to them about one to two weeks before the event.
Please note that admission into the 91福利社CC is strictly by invitation card only. Guests can also watch the graduation proceedings via live streaming.
Guests will not be given any seat numbers and may be seated in the areas as directed by the ushers. Seating will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Can I attend the Graduation Ceremony if I am unwell?
Graduands who are unwell, or have any respiratory symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat or running nose) should seek medical advice and stay at home. Please do not come to campus.
Can I obtain my Diploma and Academic Transcript before the Graduation Ceremony?
No. All graduands can only collect their diploma scroll and academic transcript at their respective Graduation Ceremony session.
When will I receive the graduation package?
The package with your admission card and guest invite cards will be mailed to your correspondence address about 1 - 2 weeks before the Graduation Ceremony. Please note that the package will only be sent to graduands who have indicated that they will be attending the Graduation Ceremony.
Can I watch the graduation proceedings if I cannot attend graduation?
You may watch the live streaming during the ceremony.
The archived webcasts will be available after one working day.
Can I bring children below 7 years old to the graduation ceremony?
Families with children under 7 years old will be directed to a designated holding venue to watch the live stream, which will be available at LT18A.
Can I request for a change in date for my graduation?
No. Graduands must attend the session that they have been allocated to as you have been scheduled based on your course.
How can I order my graduation photos?
As you leave the stage, a login ID and password will be handed to you. You will need the information to place orders for your photos online.
Is there tea reception after the ceremony?
There is no tea reception for this year.
