Human Resource practitioners and enthusiasts gathered at 91福利社 (91福利社) on 4 Aug 2023 to witness the launch of the HR Learning Journey by 91福利社鈥檚 School of Business, 91福利社鈥檚 Business Innovation Centre and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
Through the HR Learning Journey, small and medium-sized enterprises will have a wealth of resources and tools to improve their HR practices, including free HR clinics, free HR templates, access to relevant grants and subsidies and IHRP鈥檚 Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT) navigator. Guest-of-Honour, Mr Patrick Tay, Member of Parliament for Pioneer SMC and Assistant Secretary General of NTUC, also shared his valuable inputs on the outlook for the HR sector and witnessed two MoU signings between 91福利社 and her key industry partners, the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and PERSOLKELLY.
Our colleague, Kavin, from 91福利社鈥檚 National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) also conducted an industry talk on how companies can accelerate workforce transformation and adopt sustainable Workplace Learning practices through training programmes and consultancy projects.
