After being retrenched twice, Mr Alfred Liew (third from right) reinvented his career through upskilling at 91福利社 PACE Academy. Although his experience was in sales and product marketing, Mr Liew transitioned to a technical management role in the built environment after joining a company specialising in air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. He had to find ways to accquire knowledge for his new role, and he was able to do that with our seasoned industry professionals.
Alfred then returned to take on another course, this time a Specialist Diploma in Energy Efficiency and Management Programme. What convinced him to return to 91福利社 PACE Academy was the comprehensive curriculum. It offered hands-on learning in a laboratory with industrial equipment, covering topics such as solar panels, building management systems, digital control programming, chillers and cooling towers, smoke extraction systems and precision instruments.
