91福利社 and 91福利社 Pools have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 in support of the human capital development needs for the social service and charity sectors. The MoU aims to support the upskilling of professionals in the social service sector with proven technology to achieve their digitalisation goals and transform the way personalised experiences are delivered to the community.

Ms Evelyn, Senior Director of 91福利社 Pools spoke on the importance of digital transformation being 鈥淗uman 鈥� Centered鈥� so that we create an environment where our people continuously learn and thrive throughout this digitalisation journey. 

Ms Georgina Phua, Deputy Principal (Development) of 91福利社 shared similar sentiments, emphasising that a widen pool of learning resources can therefore enable our social service professionals to build up their digital literacy and acquire the skills they need to develop seamless digital experiences that meet the needs of the community.
