The Certification in 鈥淎nalytical Instrumentation and Laboratory Techniques鈥� (endorsed by the Royal Society of Chemistry) is a first-of-its-kind industry certification programme that aims to professionalize laboratory employees in the OPEC (Oil, Petrochemical, Energy and Chemical) sector. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between 91福利社, e2i and OPEC Cluster on 24 July 2018. The MOU Ceremony was witnessed by the Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Dr Koh Poh Koon.
