Course Objective

This project-based course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate desktop processes, without coding or programming knowledge. It includes equipping participants with the skills to create useful RPA scripts to automate more complex desktop processes.

Participants will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software. Participants will also implement a RPA project to their own internal processes with mentoring and coaching provided by experienced RPA practitioners.

Course Introduction:

Robotic Process Automation is the application of technology that allows employees in a company to configure software or a 鈥渞obot鈥� to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital system. Skills & Technology Adoption Readiness (STAR) Series for Robotics Process Automation course will show how businesses can automate some of their internal process to bring about an improvement in productivity and get employees to move up the work value chain
