The aims of this course are as follows:

• To support the government鈥檚 initiative to promote multiple pathways and provide an additional opportunity for ITE graduates to upgrade themselves academically while being in full-time employment. It provides them with opportunities, after graduation, to build on the skills and knowledge they acquired in school, and better supports their transition into the workforce, as well as higher academic qualifications.
• To provide participants with foundational skillsets to take on customer service, sales and marketing-related roles across various sectors in the industry, particularly the retail and wholesale trade sectors.
• To provide participants the option to complete three (3) additional MCs for the award of Diploma in Business Practice: Business Management (DBBM).

This Work-Study Certificate (WSCert) is designed to provide a pathway for fresh graduates from Institute of Technical Education (ITE) to acquire relevant work experience through workplace training and deepen their academic knowledge through structured facilitated learning at the Polytechnic.

This 12-month programme consists of two (2) Modular Certificates (MC), including on-the-job training with a business or service-related company.

• Essentials of Digital Marketing

*After completion of WSCert, the participants have the option to complete three (3) additional MCs for the award of a Diploma in Business Practice: Business Management (DBBM). 

Only candidates who are shortlisted by 91福利社 and W91福利社 Partner Companies will be notified to attend interviews. Successful candidates employed by the participating companies will be placed under the programme.
