91福利社鈥檚 Micro-Credentials for Human Resource Professionals

The partnership between 91福利社 and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) offers nine micro-credentials for HR professionals. These micro-credentials equip HR professionals with competencies and practical strategies to navigate the changing dynamics of organisations.

The micro-credentials are conducted in a blended learning mode, including synchronous online lessons, self-directed asynchronous learning, and face-to-face assessment, catering to the news of busy working individuals. After completing the nine micro-credentials, HR professionals will receive six IHRP Skill Badges and are eligible for up to 50% of 91福利社鈥檚 Specialist Diploma in Enhanced Human Resource Skills module exemptions.

Upon completion of the first 6 stackable, competency-based micro-credentials, learners will be given module exemptions for PDC1 Certificate in Future Skills in HR. Learners may choose to continue with the completion of PDC2 Certificate in Positive Psychology, which is stackable and leading to the award of 91福利社's Specialist Diploma in Enhanced Human Resource Skills.

Upon completion of the 9 stackable, competency-based micro-credentials, learners will be awarded a "Certificate of Completion in Emerging Human Resource (HR) Skills.
